Rusty red on the wing/shoulder, combined with a pink comb at 9 weeks means it's definitely a cockerel, even if he wasn't crowing already.9 weeks
Oh yeah I've suspected it was a "he" since about 5 weeks. his behavior even as a chick was so much different than our 13 other pullets. Friendly, "flirtatious", crazy sounds, and had that "strut" that is undeniably roo.
