well the local collage dude finally called back,,, he wants the owl,,, all excited,, not sure their gonna stuff it tho,, lol,, said he had to find a jar big nuff for it to fit in

I just looked at your pictures and now I am reliving the terror of the other night!!!!!

My goose is still traumatized and is not eating. I must say I am also.

The one at my house was bigger though.
 
You could freeze her til someone gets her. (should've suggested that before she started to stink!

That's what my old preschool teacher used to do, she would find dead birds that weren't torn up, freeze em in a baggie, then use them for classes on birds that she used to give us. I always thought it was really cool. Iremember my Mother didn't think it was too cool though when I started finding birds and putting them in her freezer!

Ahh I love owls, even though they took the life of my mallard, but its nature. The taxidermist I know would of loved that one. She was very pretty. Ashame that happend to her. They usually mate for life.
 
If I would of had her I would of tried to stuff her myself.

They are awsome birds. I have 2 owl skulls and 1 hawk that I had found dead.
