The BIRDS are having a feast on Layer Pellets! Any Ideas?

I was thinking I might need to move to the chicken wire for that reason. They have a big pen tho, so I was trying to think up something in my head to only have the feeder in the chicken wire, so the chickens can still get to it... but the birds cant..... I don't know.... something!
