Hello! What chicken breed (available in the states) lays the bluest eggs? Greetings from Michigan - Lisa

i'd say Ameraucana's

Some lines of Ameraucanas lay true blue eggs. A blue egg is a requirement in Araucanas but I don't think it is in Ameraucanas.

I have Whiting True Blue and their eggs are a powder blue. Definitely blue but wondering if anyone has darker eggs available.

I have 2 Black Ameraucana hens and 2 Araucana pullets.
The 2 blue ones are from my Ameraucanas, the green is from an F1 Easter Egger

The left and middle eggs are from my Ameraucanas

2 pullet eggs from 1 of my Araucana pullets, the 1 on the right was laid the day I took the picture & the 1 on the left was laid the day before.
