I called to see if they had incubator parts they sold and what breed of eggs they had. He told me that he didn't have any parts and quickly excused himself off the phone and hung up on me.

Aww, I'm sorry you had that experience. Sounds like you got someone who shouldn't have been taking phone calls. I encourage you to give them another call, hopefully you'll reach someone else who will provide better customer service. I've been ordering from Murray McMurray's (I thought they were in Iowa) for several years, and have always had pleasant & helpful folks answer my calls.

Murray Mcmurray hatchery is indeed from Iowa. Maybe there is another hatchery in NC wit ha similar name?

maybe you called at a time a lot was going on. Maybe you asked a lot of questions. I know when people call my buisness they tend to ask a lot of questions and sometimes your just not able to stay on the line with them and answer everything. You said he politely excused himself so I am guessing maybe you were a lil long winded.

No its a different Murrays Hatchery here. He answered the question about incubator parts, but wouldn't answer about the eggs.
