'The Breakfast Club' is now 'open for business'.....

Greetings from 'The Breakfast Club' in Petaluma, Calif., home to four chicks with an attitude: Maui; Fracass; Midnight; and Noir. Raised them from a week out of the shell. They've begun laying in the past month (so on or about Month 6). Though, Midnight, the Black Copper Marans, is finding that eggs are still a 'work in progress'. (Some come out so soft like they melted.) The other three greys are Plymouth Rocks. Here to learn and entertain. There's no end to entertainment from these four birds. Whoa.

It looks like you're using chicken wire for your run. You may want to consider 1/2" hardware cloth. Most predators go right through chicken wire.
