The BYC Book Club

I'm sorry I went MIA! I think I'll have to do books when the weather is cold again and there's not so much going on on the farm
. Though I had already picked my next choice - The Kite Runner. :)

What has everyone been reading these passed few weeks?
I've had my nose in quite a few books lately. I think last I mentioned I had just finished reading A tale of two cities.
Since then I've read/listened to:
The red badge of courage-It was alright, but not my favorite.
Great Expectations-Very enjoyable, I highly recommend.
Unbroken- An amazing true story, I highly recommend.
Treasure Island (reread)-A very enjoyable quick read.
Frankenstein- Only read it if you like really dark/sad/depressing stories. I didn't care for it.
So what did you all think of your latest reads?

You seem to be very busy with your books lately :p! I recently read....
Wedding Bells - A boy meets girl book written in the 1960s, the author wrote some previous books I really liked.
Enemy Brothers (reread) - A historical fiction book placed in England during World War II.
The Mistmantle series (a reread, 5 books in total) - Fictional novels about animals, a lot like the 'Redwall' series.
I ended up listening to Frankenstien - I agree with your over all thought in it
