Thank you for this thread. My 19-yo granddaughter has left this afternoon on a journey by car, alone, from America's Heartland, the state of Missouri, to visit a relative in the Pacific Northwest. Please pray for a safe journey for her, and for PEACE for me! . She had planned to have a travelling companion, but at the last minute it didn't work out. Thank you!

I'll pray for her to make it safely, and for you too!!!

If anyone has a prayer request, I'm happy to take it.

Anyway, if someone could pray for me because I'm really struggling with the loss of my sweet Buff Orpington, Kiwi. I miss her so much!!

ai am so sorry for you loss of Kiki. I have orpington and of 4 breeds I tried int was always the sweet orpington. tat took my heart. I will pray for you to have peace. I wish I was close enough to new friends to you. It will not fix the loss but helps. you are in prayer.

Heavenly Father, please bless @cluckmecoop7 just now. She's sad because Kiwi died and she loved her so much. Please comfort her and help her to remember the love they shared and the good times they had more than the hurt of losing her. Thank You for giving us the ability to love and care for Your precious creatures. Amen.

Hello BBHen, I feel your concern for your young one. It is not easy to find peace when there are many dangers out there. I will agree with you in Jesus name for her safety.

Thank you, AuntieD! My GirlChild (granddaughter whom I raised) enjoyed her brief visit with her sister and headed home yesterday. She got re-routed today due to blizzard conditions on I-84 and took I-70 instead. She has made it to Denver where she will be stopping for the night. She expects to make it home late tomorrow night, but she has to go through St Louis to pick up a friend. The Lord has certainly blessed her and kept her safe on her travels and I give Him all praise and glory!

I know you will feel better once she gets home. I was always nervous when my one little chick had to go far from me It does get easier.

Thanks again. She is doing great. She should be in St Louis tonight and will spend the night there. That's only about two hours from home but it will be too late to safely finish the drive tonight and she wants to visit with her friend there.. God willing, we'll see her tomorrow.
