The chick in the middle is supposed to be a RIR but she's spotted. Is this normal

As juveniles hatchery bred RIR frequently show some spotting that disappears as they mature.

Thank you. We rescued an adult chicken then got the chicks. This is our first time having chickens. I'm worries about roosters.
