The chicken bandit strikes again, I need trapping ideas!

My trap setting was a success!

Only one bad thing, It wasn't a coon, it was a stupid skunk. I did get him taken care of without getting sprayed though!

Well set the trap it won't hurt but I think at the same time do a good walk around the grounds and do a better job of preditor proofing the area. I had a problem years ago then the first thing I did was find out how the rascal got my birds. fixed the problem did periodic checks once a week and wouldn't you know it no more problems and that was 3 yrs ago.

I got the two for one cage special from tractor supply. It was 34.99 for the pair of cages and I used cat food for bait.

GLAD YOU GOT HIM!i use that same trap set,and have caught 4 coons in the last 6 days.be sure to reset and rebait your trap.most likely if you had 1 preditor you have more.
and glad you got him without getting sprayed!
