This was an old concrete slab from an old laundry house. The house im in is over 100 years old so it has its share of relics. I had a bunch of cinder blocks, metal pipe and some aluminum roofing i had been salvaging and saving over the years

Neat utilization of old material. If you want to protect your flock, cover the chicken wire with 1/2" hardware cloth.
Are those cinder block pillars only supported laterally by the pipe you screwed to them or did you ram a few long rebars down through the openings deep into the ground and in-fill with concrete? Are you located where you will get freezing temps? You will want some kind of protection against freeze/thaw heaving.
