Man I had a full fledged baking day yesterday, (I have been getting to cooking) I made some whole wheat bread, pumpkin apple cookies with a lemon glazy-frosting, and a sourdough starter. Then my dad made madeleine cookies. We didn't get to go out to the farm, too wet. So we baked! On another note, does anyone hunt game that's on this chat thread? (The reason is that I do.)

I hunt deer and the occasional rabbit. I don't "hunt" coons, fox, opossum, mink, or coyotes, I get them while protecting my animals.

I hunt deer and the occasional rabbit. I don't "hunt" coons, fox, opossum, mink, or coyotes, I get them while protecting my animals.

Ah. I hunt deer, rabbits, squirrels, turkeys, elk, doves, and that's it. My dog is the reason I go jack rabbit hunting, she loves chases. I can't tell ya how many scrapes I have from me walking my dog on my scooter and she takes after a jack rabbit.

You, my friend(we're friends right?) are soooooooo lucky to be able to hunt elk, that's been my life long dream. I breed and release pheasants in my area, hoping to have a stable wild population so hunting can start in my area again. The pheasant population around here and in Michigan in general have been dropping. But the bright side is that there is a wild hen pheasant living around my sorghum field(it's not a release because so far I've only released roosters).

We don't have pheasants here, I've so badly wanted to hunt them! I hunt elk but lately I haven't been able to get a tag. I took a trip up to Washington and in Idaho and I saw a nice 6x6 bull. But I don't have IDGFD license, only a AZGFD license.
