The coolest rooster

Here's Tang...the coolest rooster I've ever seen. Some of you have seen photos of him before, but I took a video yesterday so you can see his unusual feathers more clearly.

WOW! He's like two different birds depending on which side you're looking at. Very cool.

Oh wow!!!! That is cool! I think there is a name for that kind of thing. Chamira or something to that effect. Something to do with a double gene..... or whatnot.... Im going to look it up real quick. Amazing bird though!!!Here we go!!!!! I found a link that might just explain your rooster!

Sounds like he could be a chimera. He is fertile, just had 11 babies. I was hoping for another one like him, but it doesn't sound like it's something that can be passed down to the chicks. So far I think they are all normal anyway.

He reminds me of the old vaudeville/sideshow acts where one side of the actor is made up as a woman and the other side as a man. Victor/Victoria anyone?
