The Coop de Gray is finally done

Beautiful!
If you leave the large door from the run into the coop open all the time, ventilation will be good. Otherwise, the coop is too tight.
For winter winds, wrap the windward sides of the run with vinyl sheeting, leaving plenty of upper opening on the leeward side, or hopefully the south side. Make sure that the entire structure is predator proof, and you can use it all that way.
I don't see your latches, also have them raccoon proof!
For large dogs, adding 2"x4" woven wire around over the hardware cloth on the lower 4' of the run adds security, unless you have electric fencing or some way to keep them away from the run.

The OP lives about as south as you can go in Texas so I think her run will be fine but do agree with the welded wire. Also I wonder if there is an apron or something around the bottom of the run to protect from diggers.

Woven wire is stronger than welded wire, and we use woven wire fencing here, about a mile of it!

 I reread your post and see you said woven wire. I think it's more costly but whatever works. I bought my wire locally and all they have is the welded wire but it works.

Thank you...all latches are raccoon proof, I've added carabiner's to the latches and a wood braced in through the handles of the back cleaning doors to keep those from opening if the raccoon gets past the other measures. All is good. I think we have crossed I's and dotted T's. :)
