I agree about adding some good sized windows on two sides for cross ventilation. No where near enough air exchange there, but it is a GREAT looking design!

Thanks for everyone's comments. We will definately be adding ventillation, we just need to figure out a solution for winter. one of the doors will be chicken wired and will open ompletely allowing for TONS of air flow but that won't work for winter....
