The Coop is almost done! LOTS OF PICTURES new pics on page #2

I was finally able to finish the side walls and put the roof up - I am trying out heavy duty clear poly roofing - my FIL used it on his deck several years ago and it is holding up strong - even with all the snow we have gotten the past few winters. I think it will be nice for the chickens to get lots of natural light when they are hanging out in their new palace!

Looks like a very sturdy coop. Fortunately for us CT Yankees the weather has been great for the past week.
So, just siding & windows left? Maybe a pop door?

The Main people door closed and locked up

Screen door installed with pocked door kit for extra fresh air on days the girls can't roam

Pop out windows on piano hinges secured with hardware wire

Haaahaaa - no its not an eagle (maybe an eagle eye when I have treats for them) That is Shiloh one of my white crested black polish hens.

Looks great. Will it be getting paint or stain?

Is that currogated plastic roof totally clear? Or is there a tint to it?
