Question? Are your foundation blocks simply dry stacked? I'm glad you came back with an update on your growing (and seemignly effective) chicken village. I've just never seen dry stacked columns not shift and move over a couple years - at least when the blocks are staggered, they are a little less prone to movement....
 
Yes they are dry stacked and haven't moved at all. Most of the lower level are well under ground with rebar in the corners driven a couple of feet down into the hard TN clay and the coop weighs about 1800lbs. Been there since Oct 2020. I would have staggered them if I was going to cement them.
