The corner of my hens eye is swollen

My hen Whinnie has swelling in the corner of her left eye. I had put some apple cider vinegar in their water this morning to treat for possible gapeworms in my other hen. I have no idea if that could be related. Here are some photos:

She is showing no signs of respiratory problems or lethargy. We just put some antibiotic drops in her eye. Let me know if you have any ideas on what it could be. Thank you in advance.

It could be conjunctivitis, a symptom of MG. Tylosin powder in the water may treat it. I would also apply some Terramycin eye ointment or Neosporin twice a day after cleaning the eye. That looks like pus, so I would try to wipe that out.
