Say Eenie, I can't wait for the new coffeeing hole to be completed... those builders sure do make a racket, right next to the office too.

Oh yes, indeed... It'll be a convenient location but it's a bit noisy.

They're just putting the finishing touches on the paintwork now, but some sneaky colleagues have already taken advantage of the coffee machine, after hours, despite the 'no entry, work in progress' sign.
