I once read somewhere that the first impression you make on someone is what they will always think of you. If something differs from their image of you, they will always wonder what's wrong with you.

Eh, I don't think that's always the case, I've changed my opinions about several BYC members, sometimes drastically

I mean, it didn't happen overnight, but it happened. I suppose that's not the case for many others though.
