Well, fun is subjective and that seems to be the stance the staff has taken on it. Personally I wouldn't mind there being a GJF subforum for the RPs, but a lot of people think that that would be unnecessary, and they're probably right. It's still fun- you notice that I still nose around in here, though not as much as I used to. I tend to rely on poor Spock to keep me informed if anything important happens in here.

I think a RP subforum would be perfect! At this point I don't understand why they don't just call this forum "the youngster forum".

I feel you there. I think it's because there are members here and there who would take offense at the moniker, plus there ARE some non-kid/teen members who play in the non-RPs now and again. (Count as high as you can before the staff post, etc.)
 
I'm a RPer and that's exactly how I feel, too. I enjoy RPing but there's just so many, and they're not very well put together, or have a lot of thought in them. *shot
 
it seems like quality RPs these days are few and far between

there's a reason that i don't join rps much anymore
