Quote: Yes! how I have grown to hate the quote "The sky is falling!" Thankfully I have an account on BYC's sister site, The Easy Garden. Which is good, but not quite the same to a longtime BYCer.
Hm...you know you are a longtime BYCer when...XD agree early.
Hm. I wasn't around long enough to know of that. When you're still kind of missing the old "you have a new PM" smiley from the old platform.
Hm. I wasn't around long enough to know of that. :/ By August 2012, when I joined, most of BYC was quite used to the new platform, and it took me a wile to realize there had ever been an old one.
But I do remember the old PM and reply editor that changed last year. And they changed a few skin inconsistencies, so things turned out cream and peach colors instead of white and blue, I think? Those are the only updates I can really remember.
Never seen itI've been here a couple months so it was way before mexD
Quote: I have felt like a BYCer worthy ofing after about Janurary 2014. I started realizing many/most GJFers had came about 6 months to a year and a half after I joined, and most of the highly active chatters as well as like 25% of the RP population was really quite new. By that time, those that had been really active when I first joined were disappearing. But really, I doubt those who were really around a long time will accept me into the BYC classics until I get my 4-years sticker.![]()
