Indeed it is. Not to mention that it would be incredibly rude of us if we did that. How would you like it if a good friend of yours walked up to you and said "Hey, get me a sammich and make it snappy!"

I'm not quite sure what you mean. XD I use sammich a fair amount whenever I'm joking around, so...
