They love their beef cubes and they are no problem at all to keep.

Beef cubes? As in a cube of beef meat? Don't feed them beef. Some diesease can be passed along this way. It's now illegal to use ruminant by products in cattle feed for fear of this, especially mad cow disease.​

You mention miniature cattle? Do you know you can look up mini cattle and up pops quite a few sites for these cattle. One of the best that I LOVE to go to is International Miniature Cattle Breeds Registry, INC. (Happy Mountain Miniature Cattle).
Other sites have mini Jerseys, Holsteins, Texas Longhorns, Highlands, and other breeds.
