"You don't want me to leave right now?" Rebecca began to feel a little bad about her plan, conscience gnawing at her heart. Did Rose really deserve to die?

‘ No, can you please tell me what you mean?’ Rose asked, her voice now barely a whisper. She was scared, which felt strange as she hadn’t been scared in forever.

Rebecca began to feel like she was 100% evil. What was she doing, carrying out a plot to kill another person? Rebecca wasn't a murderer. Sure, Rose was awful, but she didn't deserve death. "Well, it's as I said. A ton of cursed are breaking in. They're upset that you've killed their family, their friends, so they plan to have you surrender and no longer hunt, to join their side, or they plan to kill you."

‘ But, I can’t go back into the forest. I can’t leave this place, I can’t just give up all I’ve worked for. I haven’t killed anyone, my hunters have, but I haven’t.’ Rose was now shaking with fear. She was going to die, but she didn’t want to, she didn’t deserve to.

"Well, you kind of influenced the hunters to do that...the hunters do whatever you say, even if they don't want to. So the cursed hold you responsible." Rebecca explained

‘ I can’t. I’ve worked too hard to give up everything now, but I don’t want to die.’ Rose whispered, the tears starting to roll down her face.
