CloverFeather spotted a boy running towards the hounds. What in the world- She intterupted her own thoughts, no. I don't know this person, why should i save them? they're no help to me. So why should i risk my life for them. so she stayed in her tree, watching the boy. Just in case.

Ashling opened her eyes with a gasp. Where was everyone? She wondered. She listened carefully. Was that - hounds?

The unconscious girl was now conscious and CloverFeather glanced to where the boy had last run off, she climbed quickly down the tree, "Follow me." She might prove useful. I've seen her power, she might work as a distraction of some sort to the hunter... or she might be able to help me.

 

[BESSIE THE QUAIL]

"INTO THE TREES NOW! THERES HOUNDS!" she barked at her and then herd the soundof ice scraping on shoes, she whirled around and the kid that had landed on her earlier was sakting towards the sound of the hounds
"COME BACK!" she yelled

He decided to try and find a hiding place, but it was to late a hunter appeared from behind a tree. Austi dived to the ground, a flash of ice and the hunter was crumpled dead on the floor.

Ashling stared at the girl. "Me?" She asked
