Harzon looked after Clover as she ran into the fighting. He quickly went back to Ash, "We should stay here."

 

[Starburst]

Melani made her way through the willow branches and came to steps. She walked down and found no one except for a crispy child. "She's not here!" Melani cried, not realizing that the crispy child could heal

 

[Kale the Quail]

"come on, electric girl." Clover hissed quietly. She ran through the forest, I can't let one of my friends die- 'friend'. yes. Ashling is my friend. And I'm not going to let her die.

 

[Starburst]

Melani set Ashling down on the ground and ran up the steps, looking for Clover. "There's no one here except for a crispy child." Melani said to Clover when she found her

 

[Kale the Quail]

"I'm going to go looking for electric girl." Clover said and ran back out.

Melani nodded and went back down the steps. The crispy child was awake. "What's going on?" The crispy child asked

Clover ran through the forest until she heard voices. She stopped and looked through the leaves, humans. A boy and a man. Not seeing electric girl, she turned to leave. In her hurry to leave, a branch and dead leaves cracked under her feet. She froze, not daring to turn back around to see if they had seen her.

 

[Starburst]

Jordan glanced back and saw a gifted girl in the brush. He quickly stepped in front of her so that Uncle couldn't see her and kept talking. With his hands behind his back, he motioned for the girl to go

 

[Kale the Quail]

They kept talking and Clover stayed still. (she can't see Jordan motioning or stepping in front of her because she's facing towards the rest of the forest.)

Jordan continued to wait for the girl to go. He didn't want Uncle to notice the girl and also didn't want to continue their conversation with her nearby
