The difference between silver and blue?

Thought I had this right, now I find that I was wrong.

Can someone explain the difference between silver and blue, when it comes to chicken coloring?

It looks nothing like blue. Blues can look silvery-colored in their tone, but the color designation "silver" is like the pattern above.
