It always seems to take new layers time to figure out where they should be laying. I just found an egg from an experienced layer in the middle of the coop floor this morning! I tried to explain that wasn't were eggs are supposed to be laid, but they were more interested in getting outside. Silly girls.Two girls are now laying!

They’re still not consistently returning to the coop to lay, so they’ve only been getting a few hours to free range in the evening. They are not pleased with this, but have been getting extra snacks as compensation.
