My other 2 boys are mountain feist (I got them as squirrel hunters) bulldogs have always been a favorite of mine as well! I had a boxer and then a frenchie before Tater.

Aren't mountain feist an offshoot or variety of rat terriers? I think they are outside of the AKC.

How are they doing? My rat used to love hunting squirrels. Boxers are good at it too.

Bulldogs are the best.

Yes they are similar and they are NKC vs AKC. They are very good all around hunters! I’ve also used them for deer recovery. My frenchie was an awesome hunting/fishing buddy (pics earlier in this thread) Tater is a backyard squirrel hunter….I should’ve gotten pics today of them chasing one along the privacy fence before she went on squirrel watch atop the hot tub cover!!!

They don’t get to work as much as they used to but like all my critters they are spoiled the boys are now 7 and Tater is 5.
