ok, the humidity in my bator has been steady around 40%, now I'll raise it up to around 65% for them

If you use dry incubation you don't want to raise it up too high. For 40% incubation humidity I would raise it up to about 55%. Higher is usually okay, but I don't think it's necessary. Plus it's hard to get it up that high most of the time. Just make sure you lower the temp 1 degree

Shelley in the first post. Adults Wire you mean I should use smaller than 1/2" wire on the sides not bigger, right?? Larger, couldn't they still squeeze through? Or if not than how big is to big?

Could you put some other reminders down below the do's and don't in the first post for us that are considering raising them.
I am sure I am missing a lot that I should know before I get them. If I decide I can handle it.
Like ideas on what to do with extras that hatch if I decide to hatch eggs?
How long do they live? So I know how long to expect to have even 1 pair.
Could I have just females or just males. Could I have 2 females and 1 male if the females get along, see next question.
Is it generally Ok, to let them cohabitate, while you are picking pairs? Basically letting the females pick their own mates.

I don't know what else to ask. But as you think of things please add them and I'll keep checking back. I am sure others will too.

ummm no. Keep it at 99.5 for Button Quail.

Yeah I just up the humidity, never dropped the temp and have a great hatch rate so far. But I'm still new to buttons.
