The DOUBLE Litter - post 202 kids and puppy pix!

Harley and Grace are 4 weeks old today. They have teeth coming through, they are walking around, and sometimes even RUNNING, eating well, and they have had a few short trips outdoors to enjoy the lovely outdoors on the patio.

Here are a few 4 weeks old photos.

darn... is it me? my computer is being naughty now but I can't get it to work... says no vids found using that?

sorry we missed you on halloween....busy trick or treating and visiting a friend....we would have looooved to see some howloween...ha ha ha.

oh but i'd love that big boy...look at that last pic... i mean come on.... i can just imagine him ruffing it up with my 100 lb. big boy.... oh how fun that would be.

my big boy, Poncho (after willy nelson's Poncho and lefty song

) has a geriatric girly friend, my big baby girl Hailey (after the comet), and well Hailey is declining and just can't keep up any more and is arthritic... and sometimes gets a little pep in her step but Poncho thinks he can still shoulder butt play with her and ends up knocking my old girl down... I mean, it's sad... cuz they both want to play but it's not like old times anymore. I'd like to get Poncho another buddy soon.

I have so enjoyed watching these 2! Thanks for posting the updates. My DH and I are long past the time when litters are an option so I get my "puppy fix" vicariously through your little ones. Thanks!

That is impossible to say at this age. Both look very nice right now, but there can be lots of changes in the next few weeks.

We don't evaluate Rotties with regard to whether they are a show prospect or not until very close to 8 weeks of age. At that time it is an educated guess, because you still have teeth and bites to come in, and things can really change sometimes as they are developing and growing up.

I will start stacking them on the table and photographing them about next week this time.

Yes, she is staying here.

Harley has a wonderful family anxiously awaiting the day they take him home. (Dec. 5) If he turns out to be nice enough to show, I will handle and show him for them. His main job will be as the official couch warmer and buddy for his new owners.

Grace does have "something" about her, and has from very early.

Time will tell!!
