The Duck Thread

Good news is got two locks the third is on the way soon. Bad news is my son got sick again and it through everything into a panic. The rabbits got out the hen got out. And he accidentally put tricky in the wrong cage. Needless to say I have another hen in sick bay. I can't win. I need to get the duck eggs out of the coop so I can put my drake back with the girls. So I can move my middle ducks . To the pen where eithen is. So I can move the baby ducks where middle ducks our. So my baby's coming Monday have the baby coop. It's not working.

Oh no!!!! Did you get the rabbits back? I hope you did!

Oh I'm so glad! Bunnies are fast.... I found that out today. I let SpitFire my American Tan out and she is fast! Picking up a harness tomorrow

You have to corner them on there sides. We have learned as we went along. They still learn to sneak around you while cleaning feeding or if you didn't close it up right. Like you where in a hurry. Any open spot they can squaze by. Or you lost a hold on them. There beautiful animals . Chickens ducks pigs turkeys ect.

They really are beautiful. What breeds do you have? I don't have to corner SpitFire, she is trained to respond to me... Just fast!!!

Aww! I was thinking about rabbits, but I couldn't find a way to make them cost-effective! Someone I know who has rabbits says it seems like they eat your money! This picture makes me want one, though!
Let's see, ... it could go next to the chicken coop ...

Well as clearly stated by this picture, rabbits cost a pretty penny... And eat one too! They are good house pets. (Although mine also have an outside "mansion") Mine are like dogs, SpitFire follows me around. Although, Tans (what SF is) are really energetic and like to chew things... They also have sharp claws. Think of them like 2 yr olds that need constant care XD
But yea defiantly get some!!!

If you get angoras you can sell their wool. It will sell more than sheep wool.

Or get show quality rabbits and enter them in shows

Open a petting zoo!

Oooh, those are good ideas! From here on, the rabbit research will start! Maybe, just maybe ... we will see! I hope we will see rabbits, but I have to do some research. Hopefully it will turn up some favorable results!
