Impressive!  We have Khaki Campbells so enjoy an egg a day out of each of our 4 girls.  Is the extra large egg on the right out of a KC?  -DB

Neat! I have never had a goose or goose eggs. I've incorporated duck eggs into many of our recipes. How are goose eggs to cook and bake with?

just as good as duck eggs but you can use one instead of two =)

I bet! I can't wait until Bean matures and starts laying eggs of her own. Although with her I wonder if I'll have to use two instead of one, call duck eggies are tiny!

You're more than welcome to hatch 'em if you want, but until we move into a bigger property we're keepin' the family small. Besides, we don't know yet what quality she is. She's no slouch, but we won't know exactly what characteristics she'll keep until she's a bit older.

As for the pair, Wobs and Bean haven't really interacted yet, although he still likes to watch her through the plastic brooder wall! In a few more weeks when she starts to fledge we'll start to do supervised introductions. I only hope it goes well!
