wet food is okay but add a little ACV to keep mold at bay I make fermeted feed for my flock using water and ACV

Does she have a bowl deep enough to wash her nares and eyes out in? Maybe she got feed up into her sinus. can you see through her nares.

I don't know much about respiratory illness in poultry yet. But is her bedding dusty? I know they shouldn't have dusty bedding. Also, is she warm? Do you have other ducklings? Are they OK?

Ducks prefer their food wet.

no her bedding is not dusty and she is warm also has three other ducklings who are healthy she will not even eat dry food from my hand.

I'd put her and anyothers in a nice warm tub of water deep enough to float with supervision of course and just let them dive, dunk and play for about 10 minutes. Hopefully if something is stuck it will come out, could even be shavings if you use them. Make sure to put them in a nice warm place to dry out of drafts.
