I have 1 Muscovy female (5 months) and a drake (5 1/2 months). And two Swedish females (about 4 1/2 months). they're pretty cool birds especially my Muscovy drake, he likes attention. One of my swedes started laying and I was wondering on average how many eggs a week she will lay.

My two pekins lay 2 eggs a day (one/pekin). Have since they were 7 months old.

First hatch! Looks like 2 Cayugas and 2 runners so far. 1 more eggs to hatch which should be Anconas. Of course any could be mixes too. God is amazing.

The two in the corner didn't make it through the night. . So sad. The other two are doing great but for some reason these 2 kept going back in the corner closer to the light.

Have you checked the temperature? Maybe they are too cold.

It's always sad to loose ducklings, but nature took care of it. There must have been something wrong. So your last egg hatched?

I have one Swedish that lays just about every day and another that rarely lays.  The first went broody last month and is sitting on 14 eggs

If you would have taken her eggs each day, would she still have gone broody.?

Yes, they will go broody with no male, and nothing to sit on.
