no not yet, but i just went to have a check again and i could feel in tapping against the egg, before it stopped, guessing it had a break for a bit and i'll put mama in the water nowdid you see an external pip? hopefully they will make progress today your time. Fingers crossednight time here.![]()
Is mama bathing? important she keeps humidity up good at this point.

Once you see an external pip leave them alone, don't pick up the egg unless you feel something isn't going right, because they need the humidity under mama to keep the membrane from drying out which will cause them to shrink wrap. I know it's hard not to get involved but it's best to leave it to mama from here on out. She may not even get off the nest now that she hears them tapping and peeping which is okay she can regulate the humidity after her bath today.no not yet, but i just went to have a check again and i could feel in tapping against the egg, before it stopped, guessing it had a break for a bit and i'll put mama in the water now![]()

, i cant hear much from egg 1 tho
i hope its okayI hope so too, like you said maybe it's just a bit behind the other 2, lets hope so. I also PM'd casportpony and asked her to look at your thread since she has Muscovy and has had to help a time or 2. Hopefully you won't have to but it doesn't hurt to have someone with experience watching. I've only had to help once with an egg under one of my Muscovy. it's not something we want to do unless last resort. Mama ducks have been doing it alot longer than us.i just took her for a bath, well actually a shower haha but yeah i'll put her back in now thank you so much, i cant hear much from egg 1 tho

Hopefully good news today. when I have one so close to hatching I don't take mom off the nest but I will peek under her to see if any have hatched. [if she is one that doesn't get up set.] most of my girls are so use to me messing with them they could care less. {quick peek mind you}thank you so much and yeah i would not be able to do it, so i'll probably get my sister to do it.
