As was also said, the pea comb gene is located very near the gene which is responsible for the blue color of eggs. If I were selling birdies like you I would try to inform the person of all breeds which make up your birds and when you are selling birds after several generations you will be able to say what color eggs they produce. I imagine one of the biggest interests in EEs is having blue or green eggs to add to their varity of colors. I know lots of folks are aiming to have lotsa different colors.
