One of my new EE's. I think this one is a cockerel. He's 10 weeks old.
At 10 weeks I have to say that is a pullet. A cockeral would have a larger comb than that. Yes the comb is reddish but it is not large like it should be if it was a cockeral.

Here s a good example for you. This si a picture of my 2 cockerals at 13 weeks old. The white one is an Ameracauna (technically an EE because it came from mixed parents) The black is a polish cross. As you can see both have definate large red combs.

my sleepin' peep, about 3 weeks old

still 3 weeks or so...

I think she's about 5 weeks old ...
there are more in my default album, she will be 14 weeks on friday

OK, I got some pics of my little girl. Do you think they look anything alike?

I think this pic of mine sort of matches the one of your baby sunbathing.

And this pic looks sort of like the pic of your girl on your hand

I hope I hope. Yours is so pretty as an adult. I hope mine grows up to be her twin!

oh yes, she does look like my Blu! how nice! she's very beautiful, Blu isn't an adult yet, she will be 14 weeks old on Friday, but each day that she changes, she becomes more lovely to look at... I have another RLB EE, but she has very dark head feathers and extremely light baby blue wing tips
this is Isis, I've seen lots of EE's that resemble her

this is a close up of Isis, to show how brilliantly bright "sky" blue her wing tips are...

I am looking forward to seeing how they change as they reach maturity... I love these beauties!
