Since you are from Australia they could be araucanas. In your country araucana have tails, muffs, and top knots.

I just wanted to let all of you know i just got my first batch of eggs, and they are easter eggers

Oh yay! To incubate? I have my first ever batch of eggs in my incubator 7 of which are EEs. They went into lockdown this morn.

Are you looking for an Easter Egger? He is NOT an Araucana... they have tufts and are rumpless. They look like Ameraucanas, but he looks off somehow. His color looks like it has brown or red in it and if that is true he is not a pure breed Ameraucana.

The standard for Araucanas in Australia is different .

The definitive differences between Easter Eggers, Ameraucanas and Araucanas WOULD have to be confused by a whole 'nother set of standards in a whole 'nother country, on the other side of the planet... wouldn't it...

I am looking for one with the blue egg gene i want to make my own araucana crosses and i thought easter egg and ameraucana chickens are the same thing, am i wrong?
