Looks like she has a cross beak and has some food on her beak too. It is a pretty common thing. You can't fix it. You can try to prevent it from getting worse though.You can trim the beak a little say every week or so and sometimes help it from progressing. Eventually it will get to where she will have a had time and eating and then will start losing weight, then when she starts to get bad i would cull her. But some people just let nature take its course. It doesnt look like hers is really bad though
