Yes she is clean faced her legs have a slight blue tint...and Idont no her cross she is from a local ee dealer

She is gorgeous. I love seeing clean face ees that lay colored eggs as you hear a lot about them not carrying the colored eggs gene.

That's weird, it's pretty dry in there. We did just have a pretty hard winter in Ohio, though... Maybe I just didn't notice in the winter? I'm not sure but I will try that Vaseline, I used it a lot, so I have, well, a lot! Thanks!

I'm having the some problem with my RIR and was wondering the same thing. It's very warm here in California so not sure what it could be.

Sadly my beautiful Buckbeak had to be euthanized yesterday. She had been suffering from impacted crop and we were unable to treat it at home. We took her to the vet and he also tried but felt this was secondary to something else, most likely a cancer. By that point she was in distress and having trouble breathing so we decided to let her pass in peace. She was such a cool chicken
