I doubt you need new blood at this time . You have not had them long enough to have a inbreeding problem . Still need to weed out unwanted traits . A lot of diversity in there .

Jerry the bantams I had about 7 years. The rooster is that old.. I never try to hatch them before the dog attract.
I just pickel the eggs for the grandkids to enjoy. Now I got great grand kids. And there asking me start Pickens eggs for them.

Just hatched 30 eggs, ameraucana rooster and marans rooster. I love looking at each one first figuring out their daddy, then wondering which hen and egg color they will lay. So much fun.

I ordered 5 straight run EEs hoping for a rooster or two and I only have one that appears to be semi masculine at 3.5wks. Any other time I've wanted all pullets and gotten an oops or two. Luck of the draw haha
