what age do easter eggers start laying?

I have 7 EE girls I had one start laying at about 18 wks (blue egg) but the rest took till about 24 weeks..

Still learning about chickens here... Do chickens often stand on one leg like that? It's darling. I haven't seen it yet in mine.
