The EE braggers thread!!!

I wanted to order from Hoover because I heard that nice EE's come from them but they wrote me saying that I had to have an order of 25.
 
I just wanted to share a couple pics of my boys that are coming up on a year old.. I love how they are maturing.

Here are some pics of my 5month old Barred rock, EE crosses. The Roo was a barred rock and the hen was a standard brown/black EE. All her eggs hatched out blue chicks. Is this normal from the cross? They are very good looking chickens.

the cockerel in the pick is one of the offspring the father is a standard grey/ black barred rock roo. the hen (mother) looks like the brown/black one in the last pick from pinkwindsong in the last post with pics

O.K so the baby I posted about with green legs and 5 toes on each foot is an Ameraucana Salmon Faverolle cross Making baby EE Right! :) Any ways I can't wait to see what this baby grows up to look like! Such a cutie! any ideas as to what this Little one will look like when full grown?

Oh sorry to be confused. The picture is listed as being cockerel. So the EE must carry the blue gene even though it is not visible and no it is common but not totally unusual either. Just a few pages back is a picture of an EE with blue laced feathers, very pretty.
