the eggs are rockin"!

I have seen where others have posted about the eggs rocking but have never seen it...upon misting and cooling today I observed three of the seven Brown Chinese eggs were rocking! How cool it that? They are due this week end and I hope for some success...as of now, we have life in three...butt kicking, egg rocking life!

Congrats! I haven't seen mine rocking, but when I candle them they are all 3 moving. They are due Friday and Saturday, I wish they'd hurry it up already!!

I usually see more rocking in the eggs just a few moments after misting. Could be a few reasons why the misting helps to wake them up a bit in there- But I sure do love to watch it.

I was just sitting here browsing around and I heard a strange noise...turned down the tv and listened to see if I could determinw what it is/was...well holy tamales! It is one of the goslings who has almost made his way out of his egg jail cell...and two more are working on it...woohoooooo!!! The little guy is just chirping and working away...this is waaaaay too much fun...mom and dad are waiting...

He Made It...seconds After Popping The Top And Rolling Out Into The World!

and now there are two with another egg pipped and another one rocking...that leaves three that are not doing much yet...if I end up with four I will be totally thrilled...I have moved the two to the brooder under a red light and they are doing just fine...little chatter boxes...
