The Evolution of Atlas: A Breeding (and Chat) Thread

Hey, you're here! Glad to see you posting on my thread. How are you? Yeah, Miss Pooh is doing okay so far, but as she approaches 12 weeks of age this next weekend, I'm dreading losing her. She's such a funny character.

Maybe she will surprise you and hang on longer than you expect. She sure is a special little chicken.

I have been busy with gardening, New bunnies, and getting ready for my new chicks, and my hatching eggs to hatch. It has been a busy season already. I am happy to be back here to BYC.

I hope she will, but since this type of dwarf doesn't live to sexual maturity, she is on borrowed time.

Sounds like you've been really busy, but happy you're back!

After a lot of clicks, I managed to find my way here. This site seems to have a lot of potential.

The barred beak is interesting.

I got a bit of encouragement today. I had done 3 rounds of chemo, and got a CT scan last Friday. The cancer cells have been killed in the 1, and only affected lymph node, and all other tumors have been stabilized (no further growth). The doctor was encouraged, and wants to continue with this course of treatment, so 3 more rounds, and then I get an MRI.

I have gone through cancer and chemo too. My thoughts are with you. Getting good news is always a breath of fresh air during such a traumatic time.
