We'll, I drank 6oz of chocolate milk 10 minutes after breakfast. Ugh! 150 calories.

Well no official exercise but did work in the garden... gotta get the stuff off the elliptical!

No snacks, it was hard. Nothing eaten since 10:30am Just eating dinner about 9pm. I'm not eating as much pasta as my husband.
Fessing up, I'm drinking my 3rd lite beer. It's good.
Most of the veggies and herbs in the skillet are organic from our garden.

The only exercise I’ve been doing is running, though I’m trying to incorporate some strength training in there, like weighted lunges and squats and stuff. Those aren’t fun though, and I strained a muscle “walking” the dog a couple days ago, so I’m on forced rest 😒
 
Following! On my days off I'm pretty good about not snacking but when I'm at work 🙄 all the snacks. Gonna get some gum at the store today so I can keep my mouth busy without food in it!
 
Just did 10 minutes of arthritis pilates and another 10 minutes of an arm workout with 5lb dumbbells. Now I'm stretching to cool down.
Lil report:
So usually when I wake up I have a lot of back and hip pain but I think doing the Pilates before bed really helped because I woke up feeling wonderful, also I haven't been able to use my arms for quite a while but doing those stretches and lifting the weights really snapped, crackled, and popped all my joints and now my elbows are functional again😌

Yes gum is so good! Also having "freebies" is nice too, just some guilt free snacks you have prepped for when you're feeling peckish, that way you don't end up snacking on things that leave you feeling disappointed in yourself. Jello, popcorn, celery, sweet peppers, frozen berries, almonds, and even just a cold plain coffee with some whipped cream on top are my favorites.
 
I'm on a journey to move my body more and heal my(very diet culture damaged) relationship with food. Been taking a few days off because I've been busy. When I work I get 15k+ steps a day anyways.
