I have one girl who pretty much ONLY lays fairy eggs. She works well in our family, because my kid hates yolks. I hardboil the fairy eggs for him into bite-sized egg white eggs.

Woahhh quail eggs are tiny, a fart quail egg must be hummingbird egg size!

That’s nice for him, I wish I had one like that since I don’t like the yolk in hard-boiled eggs either

She's a regular-sized Speckled Sussex, completely healthy except for her fairy egg issue. When she laid the first one (her second-ever egg), I panicked thinking it was a lash egg, but that was months ago. All her fairy eggs are normal except they have no yolks. She occasionally lays an egg with a yolk, maybe once every 2 weeks or so. She lays fairies every couple of days.
