Right now I have a Ameraucana (Lady), a light Brahma (Henrietta), new hampshire (Erza), rhode island red (Triska), silver laced wyandotte (Freya), a moca Java (Sigrun), Barneveld (Brynhildr), red laced wyandotte (Midna), and a salmon faverolle (Verdandi). I also have a rescue rooster which means no clue what breed he is (Rooster Cogsburn).


And my glitch has struck again 


....it took me 3 days and reinstalling the app to get this working again.

I made another post trying to find out what he is. The ppls best guess is he is an American Game Fowl that's been dubbed.

Looks sorta like a welsummer, but the dubbing makes it hard to tell. He is handsome though!

Yeah! He's super chill too! The last rooster I had, shared a rivalry with me. My hens had already established me as their rooster of choice so he would attack me every chance he got. This guy may not be as good at giving the girl's snacks... he would rather eat them himself. But atleast I don't have to be on guard for surprise duels eveytime I leave the house.

The only problem with being a welsummer is he got green legs. He might be a hybrid tho... hard to tell.

It's chick season which makes me get nostalgic... here's some pics of my first batch of chicks from almost 4 years ago...

Them as pullets. This is my 1st generation; Erza, Lady, Freya, and Alice(deceased).

I started with 3 ducklings and 4 chicks. The Ducks were named Ebony, Xena, and Shirley. Sadly they all got snagged by a brazen coyote.
